Included in the price:
- water, electricity, heating;
- bed linen with change each 7th day;
- towels with change each 4th day;
- final cleaning of the apartment is compulsory and to be paid before departure: € 30,00 for MONO, € 35,00 for BILO, € 40,00 for TRILO;
- final cleaning of the cooking top, the wave, the dishwasher, and the fridge is up to the client; if clients do not clean, an extra charge of € 25,00 is to be paid before leaving;
- check-in from 03.00 p.m., check-out within 10.00 a.m.;
- a caution of € 100,00 in cash is to be paid at the check-in;
- pets are admitted.
Extra charges:
- garage € 5,00 per day;
- extra bed, cradle or bed for babies € 5,00 per day;
- pets € 5,00 per night;
- WIFI connection either € 10,00 for 10 hours or € 5,00 for 5 hours;
- uffet breakfast € 5,00 per day or € 25,00 per week;
- half board service (breakfast in the hotel and lunch or dinner in a nearby restaurant) € 17,00, children under 5 years pay € 9,00;
- daily cleaning, at request, € 10,00 per day;
- extra change of towels and/or sheets € 5,00
Convention with a restaurant in the surroundings: menu of the day, constituted by two main courses at choice, vegetable, cake, drink (1/2 lt. of water or ¼ lt. of wine), costs only € 12,00.
